If you own a Nokia Lumia handset, you’ll receive Windows Phone 8.1 in an over-the-air update this summer. Stephen Elop, now head of Microsoft’s Devices and Studios division, made the announcement on stage today at the Build 2014 conference. That means a large number of Windows Phone 8 devices, covering both the mid-range and high-end of the market, will have access to the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile operating system in the next few months. “Go check out your low-priced Android devices and see if they’re getting the latest innovation that is coming out of Google,” Elop challenged the crowd...
