Adobe issues fix for Flash flaw allowing attackers to remotely control Windows, OS X, and Linux computers

Adobe today released a security bulletin addressing a critical vulnerability (CVE-2014-0515) in its Flash product that could allow an attacker to remotely take control of an affected system. The company says it is aware of reports that the security hole is being exploited in the wild for Windows machines, but notes Macs and Linux computers are also vulnerable. Affected versions include Flash Player 13.0.0.182 and earlier versions for Windows, Flash Player 13.0.0.201 and earlier versions for Mac, as well as Flash Player 11.2.202.350 and earlier versions for Linux.
