Google Maps for Android Update will let you share maps and hide interface elements

An incoming Google Maps update has some nifty features Android fans will like. With Maps 9.1, Google will allow sharing of My Maps as well as a full-screen mode than takes unused items like a search bar away. A simple tap on the screen while viewing a map removes unnecessary interface elements like the search bar or quick-launch for directions.
