Google is embracing CocoaPods to bring its services to iOS developers
Google announced today at its I/O developer event that it’s adopting the popular CocoaPods standard for iOS developers so they can easily integrate Google tools. The company said it will use Cocoapods as the “default distribution channel” for frameworks like Google Analytics, Google Maps and other services, which will be easily installable inside Apple’s Xcode development environment.
