Carriers and ISPs can now take legal action against the FCC’s new Net Neutrality rules

Although the FCC published the text of its new Net Neutrality guidelines a month ago, it wasn’t until now that opponents could take legal action against the new legislation. The new rules were today published in the Federal Register – essentially a journal of US federal regulations – which is a necessary step before companies can take an agency like the FCC to court over new proposed rules.
