Sony’s PlayStation Vue streaming TV service launching in the US within two weeks


Sony is launching its PlayStation Vue streaming TV service within the next two weeks in New York, Chicago and Philadelphia, reports The Wall Street Journal. The service will launch in these three cities shortly after invite-based tests there, and will roll out across the US by the end of this year. It will be available through Sony’s PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles, and later on iPad and other devices. Sony announced PlayStation Vue last November, when it launched a beta version of the service with over 75 channels including FX, NBC, Bravo, the Food Network, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.…
