Just three weeks after launching its Internet.org Android app in Ghana, Facebook is bringing the free app to India with nearly 40 services in tow. Facebook has partnered with mobile operator Reliance Communications in India to make the app available in six states: Tamil Nadu, Mahararashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, and Telangana. Through the app, mobile users will be able to access a host of news, health, travel, sports, and local government and job information English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati and Marathi.
