Bing now shows ‘snapshot’ information for medication and food inside its search results

Microsoft is slowly updating Bing with many of the deeper and contextual information features found on Google Search. The latest additions show detailed, glanceable facts about food and drugs in a self-contained ‘Snapshot’ on the right-hand side of its search results. The idea is to offer you some of the most commonly requested facts and figures about popular items. If Bing can serve up accurate and relevant information within its own search engine, it saves you from clicking any of the links in the main results page – saving you time and effort. Google added information for medications in November...
