Twitter has introduced an even more focused form of geo-targeted ads in time for the UK’s general election in May. Advertisers are now able to direct their tweets at users in specific postcodes. With the prospect of an extremely tight election on the cards, political campaigners will welcome the ability to target specific groups in marginal constituencies and swing seats.
