Space X just had another unfortunate failure; its Falcon 9 rocket headed towards the International Space Station (ISS) appears to have disintegrated approximately 2 minutes into its launch at 10:21 AM ET. Thankfully, nobody was on board, so there are no reported injuries. Although Space X has had other launch failures before, this one is notable for a couple of reasons: it’s the first time a Falcon 9 model has failed, and this time the rocket was carrying important supplies for the ISS.
