Netflix is not planning third-party ads for its online service

When I launch my Netflix streaming account, the first thing I see is a trailer for the new Netflix series, Sense 8. On a different browser, I see a static description of the movie, The Prince. That description, along with two others can be rotated from the top of the screen. Those two different presentations on my computer browser, are examples of what Netflix is using to promote its content.
