Yesterday, Uber sent out music-themed invites to a press call with CEO Travis Kalanick about a ‘Special Partner Announcement’. What could it be? Someone’s clearly spilled the beans early to The New York Times and TechCrunch. Indeed, the latter has obtained screenshots that hint at how a new integration between Uber and Spotify could work. Imagine being able to control the music in the car as you travel to your destination.
