Google Docs now lets you merge table cells, adds image editing features


Google has been releasing a slew of updates for its Google Docs platform the last couple of months, and today it is introducing a few new features to make its software more powerful. First up, you can now merge cells in Docs, letting you customize tables more to your specific needs (or make fancy mosaics, as seen below).
