Google will add ‘buy’ buttons to its search results for mobile users

If you search for something on Google, does that mean you want to buy it? Maybe. At least that appears to be the idea behind buy buttons, a new feature the company will start rolling out in the next few weeks. With a one-click way to purchase what you search for, Google plants its foot squarely into Amazon.com and eBay territory. According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, Google will display buy buttons only on mobile devices and when users search for products.
